The website listed above, hereinafter referred to as "JesterSociety" is operated by the following party:
Jester, an individual based in the Sate of West Virginia (hereinafter referred to as "Operator")

Customers may request a refund on goods sold within 1 week of receipt.
Items sent back for refund will have a 35% processing and restocking fee deducted from Refund.
To be eligibile for a return the following conditions must be met:
No damage has been done to product
Customer must provide proof if item was damage before delivery
If the above conditions are not met, Operator reserves the right to reject return and refund.
In case of approved return, Operator will pay shipping by providing a shipping label or refunding the additional cost of the shipping to Customer.
Refunds on sale items are permissible and sunject to the same conditions as refunds on regularly-priced items.
Customers may request an exchange in lieu of a refund. Exchange requests will be processed and accepted or denied.
